How can I track my order?

The processing time for each order can take up to 3 business days after the order is placed.
How long does delivery take?
After processing and shipping your order, you can expect your products to be delivered within 3 to 8 business days.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping is always free. No additional charges are incurred for shipping, regardless of the size or weight of your package.
What is the return policy?
You can return a product within 30 calendar days of receipt. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Upon approval, the refund will be processed via the original payment method. For more details, see our Return Policy.
Are there any exceptions to the return policy?
Yes, there are some exceptions. We may only issue partial refunds for products that show obvious signs of use, products that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, or items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
